Sessions can take place either online or in person at a clinic in Greenwich. We can discuss your preference and what works best for your situation during our initial consultation.
Yes, confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of therapy. Everything discussed in our sessions is kept private, with a few exceptions related to safety and legal requirements, which we will discuss in our first session.
For in person sessions, I currently work on Fridays and Saturdays. However, for online sessions I have more flexibility. Please enquire to find out more information regarding availability.
I offer a free 15-minute phone call to discuss what’s been going on and what would be most helpful. Following our phone call, assessment and therapy sessions are charged at £120 per 50-minute session. If longer sessions are needed, for example, with family work and EMDR sessions, this will be charged at £120 per rota. Assessments and reports will also be charged on an hourly basis.
I accept self-funded clients or clients with several insurance companies. Please note that clients are liable to pay any excess on their policies as well as late cancellation or missed appointments, as these are not covered by private health care providers.
Please provide as much notice (via telephone or email) as possible if you need to cancel or change a session so that I can offer this time to another client who may be waiting to be seen. The following fee structure applies for cancelled appointments:
